Catering Industry and distributed to fast food chains in UK and throughout Europe.
It should be noted that this Cat 1 (< 50C) glove does NOT provide any protection against Contact Heat
This glove is used extensively in food preparation where there is a small chance the user may
come into very brief contact with higher temperatures
In these cases the glove will not melt and leave any contamination residues.
